The state consumer disputes Redressal commission in Chandigarh ,India has imposed fine worth of Rs 30,000/- on Flipkart. 

One plus and retailer for selling a used phone as a brand new one. 

Other than fine the commission also order the companies to refund 100% refund to the complainant.
